Storyline NPC: Mhenlo. He's badass. He's a Monk.

Heroes: Gwen. No competition really.

Town NPCs: Gwen (again). It was always awesome to speculate if she was alive or not after the Searing.

Villan: I'm probably alone on this one but I vote Varesh Ossa. She is really vicious. And I love her "Oh almighty Abaddon" quote.

Special Event NPC: Mad King Thorn, I actually laugh at his jokes every year, lol.

Storyline NPC: Kormir. At least Rurik helps out (while he's alive). Kormir helps in only a couple of places, otherwise she just runs around with her spear. And for that, I do think she deserves the seal of laziness approval.
Heroes: Razah. He's the sexy one.
Town NPCs: Xunlai Agents, methinks. Those people are extraordinary. o_O They can get chests to every corner of the world.
Villan: Slort Nilbog <3
